About the Chefs
I am a biochem major with a life-long love affair with all things food. Currently I'm at UConn for the summer working with the Adamson group researching polymersomes. I can't function without music and I write stories in my (minimal) spare time. My favorite food is hot dogs especially topped with coleslaw.
I am a chemistry major who loves to bake and cook especially when there is a kitchen! At Bard I work in the McLaughlin Lab and I am currently at UConn working in the Leadbeater Group on a variety of projects including work with a scientific microwave. My favorite food is mac & cheese and I believe that I have perfected the microwavable kraft version.
